The method
We would rather be precise than fast, and we say so before signing.
We work in the studio, in person, with clients visiting at least twice during a project. Video calls are for updates, not for decisions.
Every project has one contact on our side and one on the client side. When that rule breaks, the schedule breaks with it.
The people
None of us does one thing only, but each of us has the last word on something.
